Broker Lite includes the same base module and commission calculation found in Broker Unlimited. It is designed for growing companies with less than 100 agents. Modules can be added as needed to fit your company needs.

Trust (escrow) accounting module:
• Fool proof, the Trust Account Module meets audit requirements in all states. From single data entry, the trust accounting module automatically records and supports both the ledger and journal presentations. It now allows the use of multiple bank accounts with reconciliation features for each as well as individual interest bearing savings accounts as required by policy.

Referral tracking module:
• For the client who specializes in inbound and outbound referrals. If your company performs a large number of paid referrals, the referral tracking module handles either side of the referral. Automatically tying referrals to the appropriate property and tracking the inbound or outbound referral payment.

QuickBooks Interface Module:
• Broker Unlimited is the only real estate back office system to receive the coveted Intuit Gold Developer status.

• Integrates both the transaction and accounting function to eliminate repetitive data entry. With a few mouse clicks you can process a real estate deal including commission splits, writing checks, and even un-pay transactions in the event of a mistake with no difficulty whatsoever.

Agent pay plan modeling module:
• Agent accounting seamlessly puts a handle on the broker’s financial involvement with agents. This cash accounting of all agent activity allows individual or group cycle billing, and is automatically coupled to the general business journal.

• The Modeling Module uses sophisticated mathematical equations to allow the user to play “What if?” with agent incentive plans and test pay plans for profitability before implementing them.

Call desk module:
(prospect database)
• The Call desk allows for the development of a company-wide prospect database gathered from incoming prospect calls as they occur. Prospects may be tagged with participating agents, listings, and ad units thus enabling an unparalleled depth of analysis of agent and advertising effectiveness.

Ad unit module:
• The Ad Module reports back the cost of advertising a specific listing, offering a quick easy way to monitor ad costs. When used in conjunction with the Call Coordinator, it reports ad costs plus the number of contacts per listing thus allowing for measurement of the efficiency of ad dollars spent.
